Patch for aim/mp_cpudep.c that fixes slb-miss problem in cpudep_ap_bootstrap
for PPC970/PowerMacG5 contexts

Now that my context is past -r347463 (now: -r346549) I'm
withdrawing this attachment, as it overlaps with the
modern code. (The material is still available for
reference.)
