It seems that ruby26 is broken under PPC64. Vim disable IT for this
architecture.
Everything is fine with ruby25. Putting DEFAULT_VERSIONS+=ruby=2.5 works.
I think ruby26 should be marked as BROKEN while the fix is undergoing.
