  x11/pixman: support AltiVec on powerpc64

  Altivec on powerpc64 works just fine with pixman. Also add a patch to fix
runtime AltiVec detection on FreeBSD.

  Since pixman-ppc.c requires newer GCC, add USES=compiler:c11.
