power8 can't install powerpc64le FBSD 13.0 binary distro?

Hello,

before reporting properly. Is it a known issue that installation attempt 
of powerpc64*le* binary distro (disk1/bootonly) isos of FreeBSD 13.0 
release put (dded to) on usb flash results in hard reset on power8? This 
is tyan habanero machine here.

What I'm able to install is classical powerpc64 binary distro and it 
runs more or less fine (in comparison with previous 12.1/12.2).
