Web site updated...

Howdy,

The web site is beginning to take shape.  I'd love a daemon with a
wrench and screwdriver if someone has a good jpg image.  I think that
would be a good mascot.  And, no, we will not argue about the mascot.

I've added some documentation on flash wear and the flash translation
layer.

I'll send out periodic updates as major, non-cosmetic, changes are made.
