First,

    Thanks to all,
    I used tinyBSD ... my problem was with kdb like Adrian said ...
    I removed "device sc" and all lines *kdb in my KERNEL.
    Now it started fine ...

PC Engines do not have a kbd controller, so you need to disable it:

echo 'hint.atkbdc.0.disabled="1"' >> /boot/loader.conf

or in "loader menu" item 6:

OK hint.atkbdc.0.disabled="1"
OK boot
