Re: vt(4) support on SPARC

I haven't heard back from anyone. Since the changes to ofwfb are now in 
and the changes to the sparc64 kernel configuration don't affect default 
behavior, I will commit this at the end of the week so it can be tested 
more casually unless someone objects.
