ICU build on sparc46 10.1-p19

Hi all,

I have an issue building ICU on sparc64 10.1-p19 that I was wondering if it was being looked at perhaps....

very simply, the last few lines of output are:

Is this something someone on the list can look into, or perhaps advise me on?
