I do not know the minimum requirements for running FreeBSD anymore
for older systems.  However, the "sparc64" bits will not work on
any of your systems -- you will need either "i386" (32-bit) or "amd64"
(64-bit) installations.

You may have better luck asking questions on the FreeBSD Forums
(forums.freebsd.org IIRC.)
