I have just installed the base system and changed the locale

- pressing Shift + 6 two times should give the "¨" symbol instead of "?"
- pressing "`" two times should give "´" instead of "?"
- pressing "~" + letters don't make "ã, õ", only "ñ" works
- pressing Insert just gives me the "~" symbol; (even Shift + Numpad0)
- pressing Alt GR + c gives me "?" instead of "₢"
- pressing "-" and "+" on the numpad doesn't work

And if isn't asking too much why the layout isn't just "Brazilian ABNT" and 
"Brazilian ABNT2"?
