JFY, I check three different CPU with non-patched sources:

 1. Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700T - the problem exists
 2. Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700T - the problem exists
 3. Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2690 - telegram-desktop works fine
