TR Ring Speed

Hello,

I partly succedded installing an OC-3137 on BSD 4.3.

oltr0: <Olicom PCI/II 16/4 Adapter (OC-3137)>
 port 0xfcc0-0xfcff irq 10 at device 14.0 on pci0
oltr0: enabling bus master mode
oltr0: MAC address 00:00:83:2d:c1:d2
oltr0: Ring Status change: [Single Station]
oltr0: ring insert (16 Mbps - TKP)

Unfortunately I have to connect to a 4 Mbps TR :-(
Is it possible to change the speed?
