[Bug 229385] graphics/mesa-libs requires devel/llvm60 from ports, should use base on 11.2-RELEASE?

Many contributed tools were only built to provide what was required to build/run the base system. Perl was removed because the life a a version kept the base system Perl well behind the released version and perl was not really required.
