Should FreeBSD 12 release have evdev support in GENERIC?

It may be a bit late in the release process, but shouldn't FreeBSD 12
have evdev support in GENERIC?

device		evdev		# input event device support
options 	EVDEV_SUPPORT	# evdev support in legacy drivers
