It is the same as x11-drivers/xf86-video-ati, but an older version, since the new version doesn't work with the legacy drm kernel driver. graphics/drm-legacy-kmod is only for 12 and later, it is the same code that's in base in 11.2 (and 12), with some modifications to handle different locations of firmware blobs.
