[Bug 196678] x11-servers/xorg-server: Update to 1.20.3 + make config/devd recognize /dev/input/eventX from multimedia/webcamd

Hi there, it looks like the ports tree has moved forward enough where this
patch won't apply cleanly anymore.  I've started to work through it, but I
haven't made much progress.  

I've identified these failure to patch issues:

1) net/tigervnc/Makefile:

-- I've taken an initial look at this and am unsure as to the best course of
action to move forward.  it looks like the Makefile was updated to
automagically determine the xorg-server version?

-- this is pretty trivial but haven't had a chance to update patch accordingly.
 we've just added some comments and a PORTREVISION line to the Makefile.
