Configuration: FreeBSD as virtual machine in Virtualbox. root@bsd12:~ # uname -a FreeBSD bsd12 12.0-RELEASE-p4 FreeBSD 12.0-RELEASE-p4 GENERIC amd64 Instaled kde5-5.15.3.18.12.3 Solution: System Settings -> Hardware -> Display and Monitor -> Compositor -> Disable copmositor on startup Logout Login The same problems have been detected on physical HW with Radeon graphics card.
