Hi!
You need to either have a poudriere set up, or install from a ports tree.
Download the patch and apply it to the ports tree you want to use, and then
build libpciaccess from there.

If you are using packages with pkg, and don't have experience with the ports
tree or with poudriere, let me know and I'll try to make a more detailed
explanation.
