Not very detailed. ;) Can you make a screenshot or photo? Besides, run with
LIBGL_DEBUG=verbose to try to get Mesa print diagnostics and check if
LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1 is also affected.

Since 18.3.2 more HAVE_LLVM >= 0x0900 checks are upstream:
