Mesa patch tested successfully with the following settings:

- Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 1007U (3rd Gen Core processor Graphics Controller)
- FreeBSD 13.0-CURRENT r358179 GENERIC  amd64
- drm-current-kmod-4.16.g20200221
- gpu-firmware-kmod-g20200130
- mesa-dri-19.0.8
- mesa-libs-19.0.8
- xorg-server 1.20.7_1,1 FIXDRM : off
- LIBGL_DRI3_ENABLE=1 is set
- using modesetting-driver (xf86-video-intel not even installed)
