No clue how important this is. Try cold reboot: power off, wait half a minute
for remaining power to dissipate, then turn on. Try loading amdgpu manually
instead of via kld_list.

Probably explains broken /dev/dri/card0 i.e., DRM has initialized but cannot do
anything because device-specific driver failed.
