mesa needs llvm from ports, since we don't ship llvm libraries in base.  See
https://wiki.freebsd.org/WhyDoIHaveToBuildLLVMWhenIAlreadyHaveClangInstalled
for more information.
Using a different llvm version from ports is not supported, as it can cause
compile- or runtime issues.
