Exclude GLX_EXT_buffer_age on iris under kwin_x11 (workaround)

Alternative approach. May scale better if other compositors are affected.
However, the attached patch would need to be rebased during mesa-21.0.0 update
per https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/commit/580fbbb59a60
