Running FreeBSD 12.2 on a Thinkpad T480 (i5-8250U CPU / UHD Graphics 620) using
the modesetting driver I had the same issue running Plasma 5 after upgrading to
mesa-libs-20.2.3.

However with ~/.drirc

        <application name="kwin_x11" executable="kwin_x11">
