Update libepoxy to the latest upstream version.
While here, add libglvnd fixes from upstream.
Included feedback from jbeich@ at FreeBSDDesktop Gitter.

Runtime tested with libglvnd,mesa-devel, luakit with GDK_BACKEND={wayland,x11}
under sway + two other patches that I will post next.
