Yeah I tested the poudriere/pkg path and wrote my messages and commits from it.
 I think we should consider setting "tiers" for tooling support, I'm sure those
are fun tools but it's difficult to test every single upgrade with every single
permutation :)

This is good work, it unblocks other good work and I'm happy to see it
progressing!  Feel free to ping me if there is anything else to fix.
