But that means that linuxkpi wasn't kept in synch between master and whatever
is used on 13.  When 13 was branched my understanding from manu was linuxkpi
for the drm for 13 and head "are the same" and all old legacy was removed.  
That is the reason I only merged to 13.  And that was the reason that last time
I had prepared the patch for 14 and 13 so that only the __FreeBSD_version would
need to be updated.
