I'm using locally compiled packages with poudriere, for what that's worth. I'm guessing you're using packages with that version of xorg-server. xorg-server-21.1.4,1 nvidia-driver-510.60.02 FreeBSD stable/13-n252124-f7cb4773167 Back in mid-July, I submitted bug #265244 for some security CVEs vs 1.20.14.
