After downgrading mesa packages to 22.2.3 (reverted commit
855947ebf7e738232a8bbf6d47cc56f2896f276f), everything is back to normal again,
glxinfo shows:
| OpenGL renderer string: AMD SUMO (DRM 2.50.0 / 13.1-RELEASE-p5, LLVM 13.0.1)
