[Bug 264901] graphics/libglvnd

I should add that I have deinstalled graphics/libglvnd and reran portmaster to
no avail. It tries to install libglvnd and then gives me the same error message
as show earlier-- that it is already installed which is blatantly untrue. Well
at least at the time the portmaster was rerun.

/usr/ports/UPDATING does not contain any entries related to the libglvnd
library other than the 20210617 entry which seems totally unrelated to the
issue at hand  because the graphics/mesa-libs or the x11/nvidia-driver are not
installed.
