Just to be sure, rebuilt and reinstalled ALL ports and the result is Xorg segfaulting on startup... Yes, this looks very much like an upstream bug. I didn't report yet, but tried to find existing reports, because I'd assume Linux to be affected as well, but couldn't find anything so far.
