Fresh 13.1-RELEASE install, latest packages, fully updated.

Also tried 12.4-RELEASE recently with similar results.

Works with Intel driver and no drm kmod, though vt switching produces a blank
screen on consoles, and suspend/resume results in a blank screen universally.
