Please: is there a comparable panic with graphics/drm-510-kmod on FreeBSD
13.1-RELEASE with all updates applied?

I'm aware of at least one load order issue, however it's not comparable to this
2017 report. 

(Tagged by me for review … if no feedback before the end of January 2023, we
might reasonably close this report (overcome by events).)
