I've compared your updated patch with mine, and the actual contexts matched. The only differences are index lines and line range (mine is hand-crafted). Just to be sure, tried dry-run of reverse patch and sanely finished. And sorry, I've not yet encountered the situations described on comment #0. Only configured for X (Wayland is pulled into as dependency, though). No __GL_SHADER_DISK_CACHE* configured on /etc/X11/xorg.conf.
