FWIW, updating Mesa is a good opportunity to bump LLVM used. Given how rarely
it happens maybe jump straight to devel/llvm17.

Before bisecting maybe try mesa-devel. If it works fine then there's something
wrong with mesa-dri port... or specific upstream release.
