I think we can reasonably assume that this is overcome by events, for everyone
who might have been affected.

For future ports-related reports: a suitable prefix, in the summary line,
should ensure automated assignment to the appropriate person or list. 

(For Bugzilla purposes, this was not a standards issue.)
