The patch for tools/libinput-record.c as created in
5e70841f87b2d316acc170b0f550e4eab205b6e2 and erroneously removed in
19ba14bcd81efcbd35a6fedf6d6c75e48432172b, solves libinput's use of NOFILE which
clashes with that of sys/param.h, well at least on 15.0-CURRENT.
