Can you reproduce with modesetting DDX instead of xf86-video-amdgpu? It should
be default without xorg.conf(5) or can be forced by using Driver "modesetting"
in Device section.

Can you reproduce with graphics/mesa-devel? If not then updating to 23.2.1 or
the upcoming 23.3.0 may help.
