I have this issue too. In my case it's enough to run emacs (from the shell
command line - no X11):

~ % emacs &
[1] 92567
marek@simba:~ % MESA: error: ZINK: failed to choose pdev
glx: failed to create drisw screen
failed to load driver: zink

[1]    Done                          emacs
~ %
