[Bug 276614] graphics/mesa-dri:fix os_same_file_description warning

I can confirm that:
1. Patch work as expected and works for me 10+ days.
2. I check it in test app with different fd types and it detect fd~s obtained
via dup().
3. No need to rebase patch after latest mesa update.
