Regressed by ports ed5727484854. To prevent such issues in future consider
adding the following to /usr/local/etc/poudriere.conf

  PORTTESTING=1                                                                 
  PORTTESTING_RECURSIVE=1                                                       
  PORTTESTING_FATAL=no                                                          

$ poudriere testport -j 132amd64 x11/libxkbcommon
