Actually, freebsd-update usually changes -pX in "uname -r" output while
__FreeBSD_version bumps are more common for -CURRENT. Either way poudriere will
force-rebuild every package because it's oblivious whether just one binary has
changed or low-level static library (like C runtime in /usr/lib/crt1.o) needs
to be relinked into everything.
