Patch to upgrade to 550.127.05

Patch to upgrade to 550.127.05.
Tested on stable/14 at commit 089664a8db2e16493a4e976939c2237d43f81ada, amd64
only.

Note that actual installed and ran for 550.127.05 and 565.57.01
x11/nvidia-driver
x11/linux-nvidia-libs
graphics/nvidia-drm-61-kmod

and graphics/nvidia-drm-510-kmod and graphics/nvidia-drm-515-kmod are just
built.

As fixes for CVE are included in above 2 versions, I decided to omit tests some
tests I usually do (i.e. test on main) for filing this earlier.
