After reading this PR, I'm still interested in build with base compiler.

On rip4/aarch64 the only dep on ports llvm is:

% pkg info -r llvm19
llvm19-19.1.7_1:
        mesa-dri-24.1.7_4

What the best way to quick test mesa-dri with base compiler?
It will save me more than 15 hours building llvm19 just for this.
