I suggest you move to the list and send out
a note on which mesa-dri options you actually
need. From that a minimal mesa-dri build
could probably be figured out, even if it
required a modified Makefile.

It may or may not end up needing any LLVM
libraires. So LLVM might end up not involved
on the basis of the minimal mesa-dri option
set that you need.

If LLVM libraries did end up involved, a
minimal build that avoids building any
clang/clang++ may be a option, even if it
requires modifying the Makefile.
