Nah, I've just overwritten OSVERSION to fake 14.2-RELEASE.  While there is a
small chance that ABI extensions would be picked up by ports building tools
(meson,auto* etc.), one can usually install 14/stable build ports on older
14/stable machines or 14.x release.
By default I not only need to confirm each package, pkg(1) defaults to no (see
also https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=285194 for another
approach to handle such cases).
