I am not totally sure what to do here, on one hand the current situation makes
it possible to use a minimal X11 setup without extra deps.  I am thinking maybe
add an OPTIONS WAYLAND which is default enabled with these deps?  I guess the
binaries could not be installed when it is disabled too.
