This updates the NVIDIA ports to the latest stable production branch. Also bump graphics/egl-wayland to the latest 1.1.19 to match with the one in x11/linux-nvidia-libs. Reset PORTREVISION to 0 as of upgrading version. While here, add workaround for anyone want to try 575 series of drivers for graphics/nvidia-drm-kmod.
