Similarly to the fixed bug #249368
(https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=249368), the cursor theme is
broken on a default Plasma 6 install because x11/xrdb is missing. The default X
cursor is used no matter the cursor theme selected. This is fixed by installing
xrdb manually.

I'll let the maintainers evaluate whether it should be declared as a dependency
of x11/plasma6-plasma-workspace or rather x11/plasma6-plasma-desktop.
