Hi,

I think this issue is related to using Python3.12 as the default Python. I
tried two poudriere jail with the only difference being
`DEFAULT_VERSIONS+=python=3.12 python3=3.12` or `DEFAULT_VERSIONS+=python=3.11
python3=3.11`. The Py3.11 one build without any issue while the Py3.12 failed
with this error. Hope this helps.
